John‘s family warmly invite you to join them in celebrating a remarkable life
Date and time: Tuesday 7 March 2028 - 11:00am

John loved being the Mount Glorious rainforest so all are welcome to honour and give thanks for his full and loving life in this beautiful setting.
The service will start at 9:30am sharp commencing a coffin-decorating ceremony[insert link to coffin decorating ceremony blog post]. Following this will be tributes from his wife, Pamela, children, grandchildren and close friends along with an audiovisual tribute and musical elements.
Please note that cold water will be available to guests on arrival.
Following the ceremony, refreshments will be served onsite until 1pm. At this point we encourage the sharing of stories about John from anyone who would like to contribute.
Please bring a photo, handwritten poem or letter or anything else you would like to decorate the coffin with. There are no rules or limits - anything that is meaningful to you in paying tribute to John is welcome.
At the request of the family, please wear any Brisbane Broncos attire or the colour green to honour John's love of nature.
Please allow a few extra minutes to find a park and settle in to be ready for a 9:30am start.
Parking is available along Mt Glorious Road with limited parking available onsite at the venue.
